Simon Cooke is the President and Founder of Coastal Living Homes. Originally from London, England, Simon attended The University of Virginia followed by 8 years playing professional golf. Simon entered the home building industry in 2016 after successfully owning and operating his own real estate brokerage since 2009. As an almost 20 year resident of Hilton Head Island, Simon has the vision to enhance the visual beauty of our area with high quality craftsmanship homes. He guarantees meticulous attention to detail from start to finish. Simon believes consistent communication, friendly customer service and delivering high quality results are the foundation of Coastal Living Builders. He enjoys researching building trends and staying current on efficient and cost effective ways to build in the Lowcountry. He and his wife, Margaret, live on Hilton Head Island along with their son George and daughter Virginia.
