Simon Cooke is a residential home builder with over 20 years of experience in real estate, bringing unique value to clients through his extensive construction knowledge. In 2008, Simon founded Coastal Living Real Estate Group, later expanding into custom home building with Coastal Living Builders in 2017.

Simon specializes in new construction and large-scale renovations, creating properties with stunning, functional spaces. With an impressive portfolio spanning Hilton Head and Bluffton, he is renowned for his building science expertise and unwavering commitment to creating homes with lasting quality and craftsmanship. As he puts it, “Design trends come and go, but my goal is to give clients a solid foundation and a home built to stand the test of time.”

Taking a hands-on approach, Simon guides clients with his creative vision, problem-solving skills, and calm demeanor. His ability to think strategically and execute with precision stems from his first career as a professional golfer—a sport where mental toughness is key. Simon understands that building a home represents one of life’s most significant financial decisions, and he takes immense pride in collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.

Originally from London, England, Simon first fell in love with the Lowcountry as a family vacation destination and second home. Now having called Sea Pines home for over 15 years, he enjoys playing golf, and raising his family with his wife Margaret. He’s the proud father of two sweet redheads.
